Simple Fishing Knots

Rather than try to learn every knot possible, the best thing to do is just one or two simple but strong knots, then you will get it right every time and minimize your chances of losing a good fish
.
Pass the line through the eye twice creating two loops
.
then five turns around the line, then pass the line through the two loops
.
then lick it to lubricate and pull the knot up tight, scissor handles are good to hold the hook whilst pulling tight
